We are delighted that, after several years of preparatory work, we are now able to take the next step towards providing scientifically sound support for the implementation of municipal climate protection measures.

Based on a municipal request for such support, we have developed a concept in workshops and a feasibility study together with the municipalities on how we can meet this demand. We will scientifically evaluate climate protection measures in order to be able to offer individualised support tailored to the respective situation.

Our approach will be implemented step by step in close cooperation with local authorities and municipal utilities. This co-design not only enables realistic input from the municipal sector as a basis for the evaluation, but also a result that is very close to the municipal decision-making chains. We are therefore also pleased to have a broad advisory board and competent mentors.

In the coming years, we will gradually offer local authorities and municipal companies a product that provides them with time-saving, cost-efficient and transparent support on the path to a customised climate protection strategy.
